You probably don't know it but you picked the best time ever to join Team Atlantis. Before when a new person joined Team Atlantis members could join as free members for 30 days. Now the only option is to join as a paid member. Since Didi has changed our team system members are joining in record numbers. Oh well, glad to have you on our team. You will not be disappointed.
The Team Atlantis week starts on Monday at 7:01am. The best way to track your hits is to use zapit.nu. You can put both your team link and personal link in zapit.nu to check how many hits you have for the week. If zapit.nu won't take your Team Atlantis link then shorten your link and it should be ok then. The hit counts run for 1 week or 7 days starting with Monday of each week.
I only promote my team link until I get the required 1000 hits. Actually, I try to get at least 1600 hits to make sure I qualify then I start promoting my personal link.
In case you don't have a list of traffic exchanges to use I am listing my personal exchanges that I use that work for me.

In case you are not sure how traffic exchanges work then here is how to join and set up your traffic exchanges:
How to set up and use traffic exchanges
1. Choose a traffic exchange and click join
2. Choose a username and a password
3. Put your personal details in...your name etc.
4. Put your email address in and confirm it
5. Go to websites and put the name of your site you are promoting
such as Team Atlantis in
6. Put the url(link) here and click on add
7. Make sure link passes the test make sue you confirm your site and make
sure your site is rotating.
8. You can join free or you can upgrade. I recommend you upgrade in 1 or
2 exchanges if you can... 3 would be good. No time then you can buy credits for your hits.
9. I also recommend you join 3 or more exchanges and click on them daily.
10.Click for an hour or at least 1000 clicks. Make sure your click for at
least 1000 hits. I recommend as many hits as you can fit into your schedule.
